Matters is emailed to faculty and staff Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.

Story Deadline Reminder:
-Friday by noon for Monday stories
-Tuesday by noon for Wednesday stories
-Thursday by noon for Friday stories

Submitting Stories:
To submit stories/items to Matters, just fill out the form below. Please submit your item by noon the business day before the date you would like it published. Use the drop down menu for the "publication date".

Send Text: You may submit text in one of two ways.  Attach a word file using the buttons under "Attach Your Files" or copy and paste or type your item into the box below.

Send Event Flyers or Posters: Attach a PDF file, but please also put a message about the item with the important information in the text box on this submission form. We can link to the attachment ... but we cannot pull photos or graphics from it. Please send photos or graphics separately.

Send Photos: Attach .JPG of photo(s) also using the buttons under "Attach Your Files." Please include any captions in the text box.

Tips: If you're sending a Word document, please avoid extensive formatting such as tables, graphics, and elaborate spacing. Keep it simple. Elaborate formatting needs to be reworked and may affect how quickly we can post your story.

We'll Format Story:
If your item is straightforward, don't be concerned that the text box doesn't have formatting (type runs together)--we will put in the paragraphs and spacing.
