Question of the Week

How can faculty and staff promote the Student Satisfaction Inventory?

February 19 marked the launch of the Noel-Levitz Student Satisfaction Inventory (SSI), a survey of all degree credit students. This survey is conducted every two years and completed by students online, outside of class time. The SSI will take students approximately 15-20 minutes to complete. The survey, available here, will be open through Friday, March 9.

All degree credit students received an email inviting them to participate. To encourage all eligible students to participate, a laptop station is set up and staffed through Wednesday, Feb. 21, in the Truax Atrium Café and libraries at the regional campuses.

Keith Cornille, executive vice president and chief student services officer, spoke with Team Matters about what faculty and staff can do to encourage students to take the SSI.
