The Isthmus posted an article today on the WolfPack Women’s basketball team’s chances at winning another national championship.

Coach Jessica Pelzel was interviewed for the story. The WolfPack begin NJCAA Region IV Tournament play Sunday, Feb. 28, in Milwaukee.

Madison College’s African-American Youth Career and College Fair is featured in the current issue of the Capital City Hues.

The fair, which runs from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 26, includes career exploration workshops by local African-American professionals.

Channels 3 and 47 visit FIRST LEGO League Trash Trek Challenge

Channel 3 and Channel 47 stopped by the FIRST LEGO League Trash Trek Challenge at Madison College’s Truax campus. Denise Reimer, dean of ASET, was interviewed for the story.

More than 300 kids programed their LEGO MINDSTORMS robots to solve a set of missions on an obstacle course set on a thematic playing surface. The event was free and open to the public.
