The next Madison College Chef Series program will be held Wednesday, Feb. 13, from 6-8 p.m. at the Truax Campus in the demonstration kitchen. Sean Sherman, a Minneapolis-based Native American chef will shine a spotlight on indigenous foods.
A cookbook author, caterer and food educator, Sherman won a James Beard Award in the American Cooking category. He founded The Sioux Chef, a team committed to revitalizing Native American Cuisine and reclaiming an important culinary culture.
Sherman will talk about and demonstrate his style of cooking. Ticket holders will receive two complimentary beverages beginning at 5:15 p.m. The presentation begins at 6 p.m. Purchase tickets here.
