The USA Olympic Culinary Team recently visited Madison College’s Truax campus for a special fundraiser dinner. The team includes some of the best chefs in the world, so you can imagine what culinary arts student Beth Pieters was feeling when she found out she would be assisting the Olympians.

The future’s so bright for Madison College welding program graduates that they’ll need to wear more than just shades.
