Free group fitness classes

The Recreation Management Program will host student-led Group Fitness classes for their Group Fitness Development course. This opportunity will give students a chance to engage campus members in healthy activities and to become more connected to their campus community.

Classes are open to all Madison College staff, faculty and students upon completing appropriate forms. All classes are free. Advance registration is required. Space is limited to 14 participants per class. Registration will close 24 hours before each class begins or when full. Once participants have filled out the Google form they will receive a confirmation email with an individual waiver to sign.   

 Classes available for registration are:

  • Monday, Oct. 22, 12:15-1:00 p.m., Bootcamp
  • Wednesday, Oct. 24, 12:15-1:00 p.m., High Intensity Interval Training
  • Monday, Oct. 29, 12:15-1:00 p.m., BOSU Cardio
  • Wednesday, Oct. 31, 12:15-1:00 p.m., Free group fitness classes

All sessions will be held in Room B2215, the Recreation Management Lab.
