Need help coping with stress? Feeling anxious, depressed or exhausted?
Student Health Education offers opportunity to learn how physiological stress impacts the mind, body and behavior. They will also teach effective coping skills and mindfulness strategies for stress management such as grounding, centering and breathing.
All students and staff are welcome to attend first and third Tuesdays this semester from 3:30-4:30 p.m. in Room 131 (Bamboo Room) in the School of Health Education and IT Building.
