Wellness events scheduled for employees and students

Employees and students are invited to participate in wellness events throughout the week and post images on social media with the hashtags #HealthyCampus and #MadisonCollege. The first 10 people at each event will win a 32 oz. Healthier Campus Initiative Nalgene water bottle. A total of 77 colleges and universities across the country will be participating in this week-long event through the Partnership for a Healthier America.
   
Monday, Sept. 23
•   12 p.m. - 12:30 p.m. Mediation for Stress Relief, Health Building,

•   2 p.m. - 2:30 p.m. Biofeedback for Brain Power, TRIO Office,

Tuesday, Sept. 24
•   10 a.m. - 2 p.m. Free flu shots, Health Building, Room 131
•   12 - 2 p.m. The “Cupboard” food pantry is open to
    students, Health Building, Room 122
•   2 p.m. – 5 p.m. Outreach Specialists from Second Harvest
    Foodbank will be available to help students enrolling in
    FoodShare, Health Building, Room 100A
•   4:45 - 5:45 p.m. Gentle Yoga, Health Building, Room 131

Wednesday, Sept. 25
•   9 a.m. - 11 a.m. The “Cupboard” food pantry is open to
    students, Health Building, Room 122
•   12 p.m. - 12:30 p.m. Weekly Walking Group, meet in Truax main
    entrance
•   2 p.m. - 2:30 p.m. Healthy Eating Coaching Session via Zoom

Thursday, Sept. 26
•   12 p.m. - 12:30 p.m. Mediation for Stress Relief Webcast via Zoom

•   1 p.m. - 1:30 p.m. Gentle Yoga, Truax, Room B2213
