Paralegal program offers retirement advice

The Madison College Paralegal program presents two sessions of “Ready, Set, Retire" to help people gather valuable information for making key decisions before (regardless of age or financial circumstance) and after retirement. 

This is a free event offering sessions and resources on life planning issues. Sessions will include:

  • Estate Planning: Wills and trusts, probate vs. non-probate and beneficiary designations
  • Advance Directives: Powers of attorney for health care and finance (any one over 18 should have these)
  • Health Insurance: Medicare and Social Security

Complimentary refreshments will be available.
