Each month Madison College welcomes award-winning local and regional chefs to the Truax Campus Demonstration Kitchen. The Chef Series is hosted by Kyle Cherek of "Wisconsin Foodie" on Wisconsin Public Television and sponsored by the Vollrath Company, producer of commercial food service equipment and supplies.

The next live Chef Series program will be Wednesday, April 10, from 6-8 p.m., featuring Sarah Grueneberg. Grueneberg, the chef/partner of Chicago’s Monteverde Restaurant and Pastificio, has held the highly regarded Michelin star. She also won a James Beard Award for Best New Chef in the Great Lakes in 2017. The event begins with cocktails and appetizers at 5 p.m. Reserve tickets at eventbrite.
