Construction progressing with fall semester underway

Madison College is continually investing in our facilities to allow us to better serve our mission, vision and values. Projects range from small updates to existing spaces to large-scale maintenance to new construction. Each project includes an overview, current status, and estimated completion date.

Due to the unprecedented amount of rain and rainy days this summer, the roof construction project could not be completed before the beginning of the fall term.
After assessing multiple options, including delaying the project until next summer, we have decided to complete the project during the fall term. There are two areas impacted by the project: the third floor roof on top of the east side of the Main Building and the sloped metal roofs on the second and third floors facing Anderson Street.

Please note: The East Court closure is extended to Nov. 2, due to the third floor roof replacement and solar panel project weather delays.
