Atrium Cafe posts lunch menu

Monday: Seared salmon with summer dill burre blanc, braised french lentils, mixed greens in a white wine vinaigrette and roll

Tuesday: Beef stroganoff, egg noodles, vegetable and roll

Wednesday: Chicken parmesan, penne with marinara, mixed greens in a white wine vinaigrette and garlic bread

Thursday: Open faced braised beef with red wine demi reduction, garlic mashed potatoes and vegetable

Friday: Beer battered cod, fries, cole slaw and marble rye bread

 

Summer hours:

Atrium Coffee Shop: 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday through Friday

Atrium Cafe: 7:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday through Friday
