STEM Center activities begin this September

This fall the new Madison College STEM Center began providing programming, services and guidance to foster engagement and success in Science Technology Engineering and Math careers. The Center will provide a speaker series, tours of STEM related programs at the college and presentations about transfer opportunities for students in those programs.

Speaker series events in September include:

  • Sept. 20 - Dr. Matthew Lazzara, Madison College faculty, Observing Antarctica with the Next Generation Polar Climate and Weather Station
  • Sept. 27 - Daryl Rothamer, ACS Design, Construction, Inegration, An Engineer's Journey-It Began with an Interest in Engines
