New Deputy Director for Public Safety announced

Joe Steffen has worked for the college since 2006 and is a graduate of the Criminal Justice Degree program. While working full time, he completed his bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice at Upper Iowa University.

Employees can choose from charities under four umbrella organizations and donate via payroll deduction or by check. No contribution is too small as stated in our tagline, “Give a little, help a lot!”
During the week leading up to the event, SDRS will share, Faces of First-Gen, posters at various locations on campus.

First-generation students will be provided lunch and the opportunity to enjoy fellowship with Madison College First-Generation staff, faculty and alumni. All first generation students at the college are invited.

The newspaper took home seven awards from the Associated Collegiate Press National College Media Convention and was a finalist for the prestigious Pacemaker Award.

Paralegal program student Alexandra Settle won the first-place $3,000 Thomas Reuters Scholarship offered through the National Federation of Paralegal Associations.
